I found a design created by BlueCotton. Can you modify it?

Yes. All designs can be customized to fit your taste. This includes size, text, and colors.

How do I make changes to an archive design?

Select the designs you like and when you get to the "Put it all together" page where you join the graphic with the shirt, use the "Special Instructions" box at the bottom to let us know the changes you would like us to make for you.

Would BlueCotton create a new design or use one I found?

Yes. We can create a new design for you or format a design that you have. You can either upload the design or email it to greeks@bluecotton.com and put your school name and group name in the subject line.

Are there artwork charges or set-up fees?

There are no set-up fees for screen-printing. If you have a specific image that you would like for us to embroider, it will need to be digitized. We would be happy to give you an estimate, so please call us over the phone.

FAQ'S ABOUT GARMENTS:

I just want a basic short sleeve tee, what's your best selling shirt?

The Hanes Authentic Tagless Tee (5250) and the Hanes Heavyweight 50/50 tee (5170) are both great choices and are available in a variety of colors. The best t-shirt around is the Hanes Beefy-T (5180), but costs about a dollar more than other shirts. If you're looking for something special be sure to check out the HYP and Classic Girl collections.

FAQ'S ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER ON-LINE:

What can I expect to pay in shipping?

Printed T-shirt orders and Sewn On Letter orders ship via UPS ground for FREE. NO shipping charges are added to your order. If you choose to have your order expedited, we can ship UPS 2nd day, UPS next day, and UPS next day Saturday delivery. Please call for an estimate. Gift Shop orders ship via UPS ground for $5.50 per order.

If I don't have my shirt sizes now can I still place my order online?

Yes. Estimate the number of shirts and tell us in the "Special Instructions" box that your sizes and quantities are not final.

If I order more shirts will my price go down?

Pricing is based on the quantity of shirts and the number of colors to be printed on the front and/or back of the garment. To view quick prices, click here. Please call our office for prices on 250+ orders.

How soon will I get my shirts?

Your order will take 2 weeks or less for you to receive from the time you place the order with us. If you have an order that you need sooner, please call us to check our production schedule.

Do I get to see my design before it is printed?

Yes. We will assign you a design date when your order is placed. You will receive an email from BlueCotton with the customized design(s) you requested. We will not print your order until you are completely satisfied and have approved the final design(s).

How do I pay for my order?

We accept checks submitted online, by phone, and mail delivery. We also accept VISA and Mastercard. COD is available upon request. To submit a check online please use the following link: www.bluecotton.com/payment.pl.

What does 24 Hour proofing mean?

Once you have submitted your order online, you will be called by one of our customer service representative to go over the details of your order. Once you have been called you will receive a proof within 24 hours, or on the next business day.
